DESCRIPTION:The seminar will present recent trends in economic inequality and individual carbon emissions at the international and national levels. Lucas Chancel is coordinator of the World Inequality Report at the Paris School of Economics\, he is a Research fellow at the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations and Lecturer in Inequality and sustainable development policies at Sciences Po Paris. He is co-author\, with Prof Thomas Piketty\, of the recent report 'Carbon and Inequality: From Kyoto to Paris'.
