MP and Party
Position on Net Zero / Climate Change
  • MP commitment

Voted for NetZero 2050 and agrees that action is needed. Argues that our progress to net zero needs to be realistic in terms of technology and infrastructure and affordable for families, and so supports the Prime Minister’s deferment to 2035. Emphasises the need to bring pressure to bear on countries such as China and the USA to bring down their emissions.
