chartsResearchers have come up with several metrics, such as patent counts, to measure low-carbon innovation activity and evaluate the impact of climate change policies on the development of new technology, but each of them has its limitations. In this project we explore new ways of measuring low-carbon innovation, by exploiting new datasets emerging from Internet activity, such as Google search data.
