Strategic convergences mean that EU-India partnerships have the potential to be a vector of change for both actors and to offer new prospects for policy dialogue, as well as shared technical, industrial, and economic development. However, their difference of approach should be better understood and points of contention should also be further analysed so as to ultimately be addressed in a transparent manner.
