About

Peter is an MRes Student in the Department of Government. His doctoral research looks at the intersection of employment, climate policy and congressional politics in the United States. The research draws on new analysis of employment data, and a novel data set of transcripts of congressional candidate debates. 

Background

Peter holds an MSc from the University of Oxford, and a BA from Yale University. Peter has worked as an advisor to the Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD, and has also worked shorter stints at the European Commission, Stimson Center and Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
