A court ruling triggers a big change in Germany’s climate policy

This article for The Economist considers a recent ruling by  Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court which declared Germany’s climate-change law partly unconstitutional because it put the burden of curbing CO2 emissions on the young. The article includes an interview with Joana Setzer.
