UNFCCC Side Event at the Bonn Climate Change Conference  with live stream
(Please note event times are Central European Time)

This side event, presented jointly by the Grantham Research Institute at the LSE and French research institute IDDRI, will explore new studies on the experience of designing, adopting and implementing climate change legislation in the UK, France and across Europe.

The event will feature results from two new studies: the impact of the UK’s Climate Change Act, presented by the Grantham Research Institute, and the experience of France’s Energy Transition Law, presented by IDDRI. This will be followed by an interactive panel discussion with senior policy makers and negotiators on the impacts of the legislation to date and the lessons for the implementation of NDCs.
