The charges against the Baby Boomers were brought by a team of legal experts, backed by human rights and other specialist witnesses. The Baby Boomers were be defended by an equally distinguished legal team. Overseen by an experienced former judge, the trial involved an audience verdict* and then one delivered by a mixed jury of young and old people, specially convened to hear the case. This event was hosted by the Department of Law and the Grantham Research Institute, as part of its public communications programme.

Outcome: The Baby Boomers were found not guilty of all offences
