Letter to Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP

Letter from Bob Ward to the Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP, Minister for the Cabinet Office, in relation to the exemption for universities and research institutes from the UK Government’s new ‘anti-lobbying’ clause. In the letter Bob Ward calls on the minister to extend the exemption to cover all Government grants to universities and research institutes, and not just those awarded by the research councils and the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
