Economic analysis and modelling tools to assist Ministries of Finance in driving green and resilient transitions
This report provides a systematic overview of analytical tools available to Ministries of Finance to help address the policy climate policy questions they face and integrate climate into their economic analysis. It serves as a reference for Ministries of Finance and their partners that want to explore how climate-related economic policy can be analysed and diverse tools can be used to support climate-informed decision-making.
This report is a product of the Helsinki Principle 4 (HP4) workstream of the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action (CFMCA), which is being led by Denmark’s Ministry of Finance with support from the Grantham Research Institute.
