A summary report from two workshops on recent advances in social discounting practice and theory.

This paper was prepared as a summary of a workshop held in April 2016 on social discounting, which was a follow-up to a previous workshop held in June 2013. The document summarises the key theoretical and empirical evidence on social discounting that had emerged at the time since the Green Book of 2003.
