Paula Morandi
About
Paula Morandi is a Policy Fellow on economic and fiscal policy at CETEx. Prior to joing CETEx Paula worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington DC and gained experience in multilateral development banks (MDBs) and climate finance assessment across Latin America.
Paula has previously held roles in the Argentine government, including at the Ministries of Environment, Economy, and Productive Development. In these roles Paula led cross-cutting budget initiatives to strengthen gender and environmental mainstreaming in public finance.
Background
Paula holds a BA in Economics and an MA in International Relations, and has long been passionate about bridging the gap between economic policy and environmental sustainability.
