Arunima Sharan

Arunima Sharan is a Policy Analyst with a focus on sustainable finance in emerging markets and developing economies at CETEx. Previously, she worked at OMFIF as a Senior Economist where she led and contributed to research and events on economic and monetary policy in emerging markets, sustainable policy and gender equality in financial institutions. Arunima also worked at the Institute of Development Studies where she supported research on tax policy and decentralised governance. She has also worked at development consulting firms in India and Canada as well as NITI Aayog, Government of India and the UN World Food Programme country office in Tanzania.
Background
Arunima holds an MA in Governance, Development, and Public Policy from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, and a BA (Joint Honours) Economics and International Development Studies from McGill University
