B, Kelsey Jack, James L. Paddock Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the Tufts University, will be the speaker for this seminar.

Kesley will be discussing his paper, Charging ahead: Prepaid metering, electricity use and utility revenue, which was written with Grant Smith (Department of Economics, University of Cape Town).
