Jessica Flack

Jessica is the Project Manager for Earth Capital Nexus at the Grantham Research Institute for Climate Change and the Environment. She supports the coordination and delivery of research projects focused on climate- and nature-related financial risk and sustainable land use.
Background
Prior to joining the Institute, she was a Senior Adviser at Natural England, where she managed multi-million-pound monitoring and evaluation projects assessing the environmental outcomes of agricultural schemes. Her earlier roles include operational delivery of agri-environment and protected site policy, land management advisory work with farmers and landowners, and international field experience in Tanzania. She has also worked on carbon modelling and digital MRV tool development for nature-based offset projects.
Jessica holds an MSc in Environmental Management (Distinction and Best Overall Performance Award) from the University of Reading and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
