Land Use Framework a welcome step forward but not a silver bullet

“How land in the UK is used is key to delivering resilient food and energy domestically, while also reversing nature degradation.
“The Land Use Framework is a welcome step forward and, if implemented fully, should signpost where renewable energy developments, nature restoration, home building and food production are best suited across the UK. While not a silver bullet in isolation, the Framework addresses key trade-offs and provides a positive signal to landowners and developers of the direction of travel.”
