Harriet Carter
About
Harriet Carter joined the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment in May 2020. She is also Manager of the Centre for Climate Change and Economic Policy. As part of the management team Harriet has responsibility for the operational management of the Institute.
Background
Harriet has held several positions in the School since joining in 2003, including administrative management roles in a research centre and, more recently, the Department of Law.
