Michal Hetmanski
About
Michal is CEO and Co-founder of Instrat. He is an expert in areas of public policy, energy and climate policy, power market modelling, energy and coal mining sectors, and open data. Michal is co-author of research and strategic documents on just transition in coal regions, data governance, public finance and taxation systems.
Background
Michal studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Poland (Finance and Accounting), at University of Cologne in Germany and St. Gallen University in Switzerland (Economics). He is currently part of the Executive Master in Public Administration (EMPA) at School of Public Policy at LSE.
