Dora Vajai

Dora is Impact Manager at CETEx, with over ten years of experience advising governments, international organisations, and funders on the impact of public policy, and shaping strategies to strengthen effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Her work focuses on impact strategy and evaluation design, helping organisations move beyond delivering activity to clearly evidencing impact.

Background

Prior to joining CETEx, Dora was Senior Project Manager at LSE Consulting, where she led strategic consultancy projects connecting LSE academics with external partners and managed the university’s participation in major UK framework contracts. Before this, she was a Senior Public Policy Consultant at ICF, where she led process and impact evaluations for UK government departments, the European Commission, and international organisations, providing strategic and methodological leadership across complex, multi-country programmes. She began her career as an Analyst at KPMG, supporting evaluation and impact assessment projects for public and private sector clients.
