This event will explore how laws, finance and governance solutions can support a just transition in mitigation and adaptation. It will gather voices from around the world to discuss how low-carbon, climate resilient development can be designed with contextual nuance to address existing inequalities.

Speakers:Alina Averchenkova, Lara Lazaro (Royal Elcano Institute), representatives from the African Research University Alliance and the Inter Parliamentary Union. Other speakers will be confirmed nearer the time.
