Student Content Creators
Student Content Creators create video content that depicts life at LSE for prospective students.
As a Student Content Creator, you will be involved in:
- content creation (vlogs and social media campaigns),
- content strategy and planning, and
- collaborating with relevant stakeholders
To see the kind of content we currently create, you can explore our Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn pages.
Please note that this is a flexible role, meaning hours vary based on demand and we cannot guarantee a set number of hours per week.
- You’ll develop transferable skills in video editing, communication, and teamwork.
- You’ll be paid an hourly wage, including for training (currently £17.70).
- Work is flexible and you can produce content around your availability.
All full-time current LSE students are eligible to apply for the role. This includes students enrolled on undergraduate and postgraduate taught (e.g. Masters, diploma) programmes at LSE.
Study abroad students (e.g. General Course, GO LSE exchange) are encouraged to apply for the Study Abroad Content Creator role.
Previous experience with social media and video editing is desirable but not essential, as you will receive guidance from our team to help develop your skills. However, a creative eye and motivation to learn is a must!
To apply, you'll need to complete our short application form with reference to the job description, and provide a sample video submission (instructions on the application form). Applications will close at 11.45pm on 4 October, 2026.
Please note, new students can only applied once they've been invited to complete online pre-enrolment and received their LSE IT account.
