About
Charlotte is the Departmental Senior Student Adviser for the European Institute and School of Public Policy.
Charlotte is here to support all postgraduate taught students in the department as a point of contact if you need someone to talk to or need help navigating the range of support services at LSE and beyond for any non-academic concerns, whether they're personal, practical, or just something you're unsure about.
She can also advise you on what to do if you're facing difficulties with an upcoming assessment, including Extensions, Deferrals and Exceptional Circumstances. And support you in understanding your options if you need to make a change to your studies, including Programme Transfer, Interruption and Withdrawal.
You can email Charlotte at ssc.dssa@lse.ac.uk, you can also book an appointment (for up to 30 mins) in-person and online, or if you have a quick query, you can come to an online drop-in (Mondays 12pm - 1pm).
