The paper offers a compelling analysis of how global asset managers are reshaping corporate governance regimes, and how domestic business coalitions—particularly in Germany—navigate the tensions between sectoral interests and national institutions in response.

Learn moreDustin's manuscript is a testament to the strength of the EI’s vibrant intellectual community, and we are proud to see Dustin’s exceptional scholarship recognised in this way — a well-deserved honour for a timely and impactful contribution to the field of political economy.
