About me

Fadil Elobeid is Africa Engagement Programme Manager at the Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa. 

As Africa Engagement Programme Manager, Fadil works to develop strategic partnerships with African centres of academic excellence, as well as public and private institutions in Africa, to enhance LSE’s connections with organisations in the region.  

Prior to this, Fadil was Programme & Finance Officer for the African Health Observatory on Health Systems & Policies (AHOP), a partnership between WHO AFRO, LSE and the European Observatory on Health Systems & Policies. Fadil has previously worked in a range of programme support and communications roles, including: SOAS, the Cabinet Office, Africa Research Institute, and the Royal African Society. He has a Master's from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor's from SOAS, University of London.
