Additional funding opportunities for specific countries are then listed in alphabetical order by country (L-Q). This funding is for taught master's study at LSE.

Association of Commonwealth Universities

British Chevening Scholarships
LSE contributes 20% to the tuition fee of Chevening Awardees and will support the full tuition fees for those selected for a Chevening Partnership award.

Mexico 

CONACYT

CONACYT (Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnologia) offers scholarships to Mexican students to study postgraduate programmes in the UK. LSE supports CONACYT sponsored applicants with a 30% reduction to the tuition fees for their programme.

Applications are made directly to CONACYT. Any applicant who is selected by CONACYT and receives an offer of admission from LSE will then qualify for the fee reduction scholarship.

FIDERH

LSE offers awards worth 25% of the tuition fee in conjunction with the Banco De Mexico (FIDERH) to scholars sponsored by their standard award programme. These awards are available for Mexican students undertaking any Master's or PhD programme. Unfortunately those undertaking executive or modular programmes are not eligible for the LSE 25% tuition fee award.

Applications are made directly to FIDERH. Any applicants who are selected by FIDERH and receive an offer of admission will then qualify for the 25% tuition fee award.

FUNED

FUNED is  a foundation that helps Mexican applicants to study in the UK by providing low cost loans. Applicants who are supported by FUNED will receive a 25% fee only award towards any Masters programme at LSE.

Successful applicants are selected by FUNED and those that receive an offer of admission from LSE will qualify for the fee reduction scholarship.
