Fully refurbished in 2017, Sidney Webb House is located near Borough Market in the London borough of Southwark and close to the South Bank area of the River Thames. The hall is independently managed and owned by Unite Students Ltd.

Catering and kitchens Sidney Webb House is a self-catered hall. Flat kitchens are equipped with a fitted electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Layout Flat-style with rooms grouped into flats of between six and eight rooms, sharing a kitchen/dining room. There are same sex flats and mixed flats in this hall (subject to availability) students should be aware of their selection when booking.

Cleaning Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly. You are responsible for cleaning your own room and bathroom, and for keeping the shared areas clean and removing rubbish in between cleans.
Card operated laundry - a wash costs £3.50 and a dry £2.00.

You’re welcome to visit Sidney Webb House, but we’ll need to arrange with Unite Students hall staff first to ensure that someone is available to show you around.
