The Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method has selected three new LSE Fellows to start in September 2022.

About the new Fellows:

Dr. Wesley Wrigley will be joining from the University of Oxford to take up a one-year LSE Fellowship to support teaching in Logic and the Philosophy of Science.

Dr. Thomas Ferretti, who has already been teaching at the department for several years, will start a new role as 2-year LSE Fellow to teach Business and Organisational Ethics and support teaching in moral and political philosophy and/or philosophy of economics.

Nikhil Venkatesh, who is finishing his PhD at UCL this academic year, will join as a 2-year LSE Fellow in moral and political philosophy and philosophy and public policy.

The Department regularly appoints LSE Fellows who will contribute to the intellectual life of the Department and the School by delivering excellent teaching at both undergraduate and master’s level, with teaching on more advanced courses being research-led. The post also permits substantial time for research, and the post-holders will be expected to contribute to the research culture and intellectual life of the department in their areas of specialisation.
