We’re pleased to welcome Kieran Oberman to the Department as a new Associate Professor.

Kieran Oberman is a political philosopher, specialising in the ethics of war and migration. He obtained his DPhil in Politics from Oxford University and has since held positions at the University of Louvain, Stanford University, the Asian University for Women and University College Dublin.

Kieran joins us from Edinburgh University, where he is a Senior Lecturer in Politics. He is also a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellow in the Department of Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where he is working on a project on Migration Ethics.

Kieran will join the Department this term, and will teach our Philosophy and Public Policy MSc course.
