We’re pleased to announce that Todd Karhu has been awarded the 2017 John Watkins Memorial Prize for his work on the wrongs of killing.

The John Watkins Memorial Prize is awarded biennially to an MPhil/PhD student in the Department for distinguished achievement in an area of philosophy related to the research interests of Professor John Watkins.

Todd Karhu is a currently in his third year of our MPhil/PhD Philosophy programme, his research interests include ethics, political philosophy and metaphysics.
