Xinyuan Zhang holds a BCom from the University of Queensland and an MA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Prior to joining the London School of Economics (LSE), she worked on research projects related to consumer behaviour and marketing analytics.
Her research interests focus on consumer identity, judgment and decision-making. Drawing on her academic background and professional experience, she seeks to bridge theory and practice by examining how behavioural insights can inform practical and policy relevant issues.
