Kairui Zhang is a Visiting Research Student at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also a PhD candidate at Renmin University of China. Her research focuses on the adoption of AI in performance management and how it influences leaders, employees, and their interactions.
She received her Master’s degree from Renmin University of China and her Bachelor’s degree from the China Institute of Industrial Relations.
