Dina is a PhD candidate at the European Institute.
She studies EU migration governance, with a special focus on external migration policies. She is interested in policy change in this domain, looking at the role of legal norms and judicial activism in shaping policy outputs.
Before joining the European Institute, Dina worked in organisations supporting refugee reception and integration in Brussels and Northern Greece, and volunteered in various legal aid programmes. She holds and MSc in International Migration and Public Policy from LSE (with Distinction), and a BSc in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Dina’s research is funded by an LSE Studentship.
