Alyssa Pandolfo recently completed her PhD at the London School of Economics, titled “Safety listening: Conceptualizing and assessing responses to safety voice in organizations”. Her expertise is in how high-risk organisations (eg, healthcare, aviation) can understand and improve safety-critical behaviours like voicing and listening to concerns.
More broadly, Alyssa's research interests include organisational decision-making, safety and ethical culture, teamwork, and resilience. Her work has been published in journals including Risk Analysis, Organizational Psychology Review and BMJ Quality & Safety.
Teaching
Alyssa teaches on the MSc Organisational and Social Psychology at LSE.
