Jamaica appoints LSE alumnus as High Commissioner-Designate to Nigeria

Harold Malcolm, JP has been appointed High Commissioner-Designate to Nigeria.

The ministry Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said Malcolm is set to assume duty in February.

“Mr Malcolm has demonstrated strong commitment to his country's development and a keen understanding of international affairs. We are confident that he will serve his country well and further bolster the cooperation between Jamaica and Nigeria to the best of his abilities,” commented Senator Kamina Johnson Smithon on Malcolm's appointment.

Malcom attended the London School of Economics and Political Science from 2009-2010, specialising in Human Rights Law.
