Meet our speaker and chair

Xavier Bettel is the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, and Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of Luxembourg. He has held these posts since 2023. He was Prime Minister of Luxembourg from 2013 - 2023.

Simon Glendinning is Head of the European Institute and Professor in European Philosophy at LSE.
