Virginia Minni is a PhD candidate in Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE), having completed her MRes in Economics at the LSE in July 2019. She works on topics in organizational, labor and development economics and is interested in understanding how incentives and social norms can affect individual choices within organizations and market equilibria.
