My research interests are on understanding the effects of electrification on development, how energy sectors in developing countries can be made more effective, and how poor areas will be impacted by climate change. Prior to starting my PhD, I was an economist at the International Growth Centre (IGC) covering their work in Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan & Jordan.
I am an avid reader of history, foreign affairs, and science.
