On 27 January 2017, the day before Chinese Lunar New Year, the Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL) held a cultural experience event at PwC More London Riverside Office and nearly 100 staff participated in the event. Three teachers from CIBL gave them a brief introduction to the history and cultural customs of Spring Festival as well as Chinese painting and calligraphy. CIBL’s interns also wrote Fu Zi and gave them to the staff. With the help of the interns, the staff tried to wrote their own names with Chinese brushes. In addition, teachers promoted the CIBL business Chinese courses, the Tsinghua Summer Chinese Programme, the CIBL business culture talks and the CIBL’s other products. PwC staff members showed their great interest in this cultural event and many of them are willing to participate in the Summer Programme for further experience of Chinese culture.
2017年1月27日，大年三十，伦敦商务孔子学院在PwC More London Riverside Office开展了春节文化体验系列活动，现场共有将近100名员工参与其中。CIBL的3位老师热情地向员工们介绍春节的文化习俗以及中国的国画和书法。CIBL的实习生还在现场书写“福”字赠送给公司员工，并教他们用毛笔写自己的中文名字。老师们还利用这一机会介绍了CIBL的商务汉语课程、CIBL 的“清华暑期汉语项目”、CIBL 的商务文化讲座等等。员工们对这样的文化体验活动非常感兴趣，许多人表示希望参加CIBL的暑期项目，进一步体验中国文化。
