The Department of Accounting at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is delighted to announce the launch of a new postgraduate programme — the MSc Accounting and Data Analytics, welcoming its first cohort in September 2026.

This innovative new programme responds to the growing demand for professionals who can combine deep accounting expertise with advanced analytical and data-driven skills.

The MSc Accounting and Data Analytics provides students with a rigorous foundation in accounting, valuation, and investing, alongside immersive training in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Through hands-on projects using live financial data, students will apply analytical techniques to real-world business challenges — from identifying mispriced securities and detecting corporate fraud to evaluating mergers and acquisitions.
