Paris Will is a Research Officer in Behavioural Science, working for The Inclusion Initiative (TII). She is currently studying how the use of Artificial Intelligence in the recruitment process impacts inclusion at work, by identifying specific contexts when using Artificial Intelligence may help or hinder inclusion. 

Paris completed her MSc in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology at UCL where she studied how people collaborate during the innovation process, and how personality and creativity can predict being sought out for innovation. During this time, Paris also worked in consulting for non-profit organisations, advising them on making the resource allocation process more dynamic and democratic. She has previously worked in cognitive psychology where she studied the effects of technology on our cognition and how people are perceived in real life versus online settings.
