Celebrating 10 years of the International Inequalities Institute

The III at 10: New Directions in Inequality Research 
September 18 - 19 2025, LSE 

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are organising a two-day research conference that aims to bring together current examples of important and forward-thinking research on inequality from across the social sciences. 

We invite submissions of innovative research papers on any aspect of inequality, especially (but not exclusively) those related to the III’s main research programmes.

The Stone Center for Research on Wealth Inequality, LSE International Inequalities Institute, and the Institute for Applied Economic Research invite submissions of complete papers or extended abstracts for consideration to be included in a conference on inequality and mobility.

Summer School on Socioeconomic Opportunity and Inequality
25 - 27 June 2025, IPEA Brasília, Brazil

Featuring leading scholars tackling inequality research from the lens of economics, sociology, and public policy, the Summer School on Socioeconomic Opportunity and Inequality seeks to provide the next generation of researchers with the multidisciplinary underpinning necessary for effective research on inequality dynamics.
