Rebecca Flynn was a Policy Officer at LSE Cities until October 2022. She was the project coordinator for the , a partnership between LSE Cities, UN-Habitat, and the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose at UCL.
Rebecca has coordinated a number of multi-disciplinary research projects around multilevel governance, climate transitions and urban transport, working in collaboration with various multilateral organisations and international city networks. She has contributed to policy briefs on subnational finance, multilevel coordination and emergency governance as part of the , and to a report on Urban Accessibility for the Coalition of Urban Transitions.
Rebecca holds an MSc in International Public and Social Policy from the LSE, and a BA in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
