Alexandra Gomes to speak on 'Life, work and play in sprawling urban regions'



Integrating research and findings from her work on the Resource Urbanisms and Public Space in Kuwait projects, LSECities’ Research Officer, Alexandra Gomes will be presenting at the annual RC21 Conference on; 'Life, work and play in sprawling urban regions'.

The fully virtual conference of the International Sociological Association Research Committee runs from Wednesday 14 until Friday 16 July 2021. This year the theme is, ‘Sensing and Shaping the City’, focusing on how citizens experience the fragmentary, unequal and contradictory realities of global urbanity.
