On 8 March, Edmund Schuster presented his paper 'Cloud Crypto Land', forthcoming in the Modern Law Review (LSE WPS version here: SSRN), at the Cryptoeconomic Systems 2020 conference, held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In his research, Edmund argues that blockchain solutions in most proposed areas of application are incompatible with the legal system, unless design choices are made that render the use of the technology pointless.
