The Creation of The Inclusion Initiative

New Growth and Governance (G&G) Hub

We are delighted to report that the Gnanalingam Family have created a programme of research dedicated to Growth and Governance, with a particular focus on measuring inclusion using data external to the organisations studied/used in the research.

The programme is seed funded by the Gnanalingam Family and is directed by Dr Grace Lordan.

Dr Grace Lordan says:

“I am very grateful to the Gnanalingam family for this extra-ordinary generous donation that enables The Inclusion Initiative to be at the frontier of research on the measurement of the ‘S’ in ESG. Our ultimate aim is to provide evidence to shareholders that inclusion is good for business”

Mr Ruben Gnanalingam says:

“We are delighted to be able to support the LSE in this quest to make the world a more inclusive place to live, work and play. It is our hope that with the efforts of the Growth & Governance Hub, everyone will be able to identify and prioritise organisations that take the S in ESG more seriously. We would also like to thank Dr Grace Lordan for creating this opportunity for us to participate and wish her and her team at the The Inclusion Initiative great success in all their efforts.”
