Taster courses

Interested in undergraduate study? The university taster course programme provides year 12 students with a taste of what life at a university in London is like. Taster courses are free to attend and you can choose from over 100 courses in a variety of subject areas at numerous participating universities.

LSE runs taster courses (usually in May half term) in a variety of subject areas, including Anthropology, Economic History, Finance, Geography & Environment, International History, Languages and Social Policy.

LSE taster courses give you the opportunity to spend a day on campus learning more about LSE and some of the programmes available. Participating students will receive an introduction to LSE before attending taster sessions in their chosen subject. They will also be taken on a tour of the campus and have the opportunity to meet current LSE students.
