Campus tours and individual visits

Drop-in consultations for prospective students

Staff from the Student Recruitment and Study Abroad (SRSA) team offer brief drop-in consultations for prospective LSE undergraduate, graduate and study abroad students from 11am-12pm and 2-3pm every Monday to Friday (excluding School closure days) in the Student Services Centre (ground floor, Old Building).

Consultations are offered on a first-come first-served basis and provide those interested in studying at the School with the opportunity to ask questions that aren’t answered on our website. Consultations may be limited to 10 minutes at busy times.

Please be aware, our drop-in consultations will not be available from Tuesday 18 June until further notice. This is due to building maintenance works. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The SRSA team can also be contacted through Live Chat.

Visitors wishing to tour LSE’s campus are welcome to do so using the LSExplorer guide. Details of guided campus tours are provided below.

Self-guided campus tours

Take a self-guided tour of the campus, using our LSExplorer. This self-guided tour has been designed to allow you to explore and discover LSE’s compact campus at your leisure, leading you around the streets and external public spaces that surround our buildings.

Guided campus tours

Our guided campus tours are a great opportunity to visit some of LSE’s key facilities and get a feel for what it’s like to be a student at LSE. Guided campus tours are led by current LSE students and last for approximately 40 minutes. For an introductory presentation about the range of study options at LSE, student life and the application process, please register for an online Discovery session.

Guided campus tours usually take place weekly on Wednesday during LSE term-time. Places are limited and advance booking is essential. Guided campus tours are for individuals, or groups smaller than 10 to book only. If you would like to visit LSE as part of a larger school or college group, please see booking information here.

You are welcome to Visit LSE at any other times and take a self-guided tour at your leisure using our LSExplorer.
