You can contact the Programmes Support Team in the following ways:
Visit the Programmes Support Office
From Monday 29 June to Friday 4 September, the Programme Support Office (OLD.2.03) will be open on campus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Staff will continue to work online and remain contactable Monday to Friday throughout this period.
During Graduation Week (20 to 24 July), the office will be open Monday to Friday.
Please note the office will be closed, and the Programme Support Team will not be contactable, on the following dates:
- Wednesday 15 July 2026 (Staff Training)
- Monday 31 August 2026 (Summer Bank Holiday)
The Programmes Support Office (OLD 2.03) is open weekdays from 10.00am-4.00pm with the exception of Wednesday, when the office is open 12.00pm-4.00pm.

Set up a 1-1 Meeting
Most questions can be answered by dropping in to the office during opening hours or via email. However, you may have something confidential to discuss or feel you need to speak to someone in private.
If you wish to organise a meeting with a member of the team, or speak to a member of the team privately, please request this via the email above relevant to your level of study.
A meeting at a mutually suitable time can then be arranged.

For support for your wellbeing, do feel free to reach out to Clare by email. Clare will not be running regular bookable appointments from the end of Spring Term (19.06.2026) until the start of next academic year, but you can still email her for advice and support via her usual email address: socialpolicy.wellbeing@lse.ac.uk
Clare’s regular working days are Tuesday – Friday.
Out of term & Out of hours support
Please remember that (with the exception of School closure periods), your Programmes Support team are available both during AND out of term time; and services across LSE will remain open to all throughout the year. This includes wellbeing appointments with LSE’s Student Wellbeing Services, study advice and guidance with LSE LIFE, and the Student Services Centre, who can advise you on administrative matters.
