About
Ximena holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru) and a Research Master in Sociology and Demography from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). Ximena has experience working with ONGs, as well as private and public institutions in Peru and Mexico, where she contributed to the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies. Most recently, Ximena worked as a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate in the Organisational Behaviour department at INSEAD, where she focused on gender-related research as part of the INSEAD Gender Initiative. Ximena’s research interest focuses on inequality and volunteer work.
