Dr Xiaoyu Gan is a Research Officer in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Visiting Academic Fellow at Durham University. Prior to joining the TII, she was a Teaching Fellow in Strategy and Organisational Behaviour at Durham University Business School.
She received her PhD in Work Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Her research interests are primarily on the dark sides of leadership and how they affect daily employees’ behaviours and well-being across both work and non-work contexts. Prior to her PhD, she obtained an MSc in Management from the University of Sheffield and was awarded the Top Performer for the cohort.
